GIFT CARDS OR ELECTRONICS METHOD:
1. Email bomb the victim first and check the name/info on the account. Say you have a new phone or email and can’t get any verification code sent and would like change email & number.
2. Verify account info (please screenshot all info so you won’t pause in between questions) then have them password reset and log back in.
3. Now wait 3 plus days for system to update (for ordering gifts/tech not rooms) You can book right away, just call back and add yourself as guest checking in. (Say it’s a family member). After log has updated on app you can receive verification codes.
4. Change drop on addy, now you’re good to go. Head to account, program benefits, the first box that say shop in style & shop in style again. It will take you to website re login using new info.
5. Scroll down to electronics and make your selections, check your order(s) out then confirm account information. Now wait for shipment & enjoy your items!
HOTEL STAYS METHOD:
1. After logging in, verify points balance and look for a hotel that can be covered by your points balance
2. After selecting your hotel, room and how many nights you will be staying for, go to checkout and scroll down get to the payment method and guest information section. Replace the owner's card with your card that has enough funds to cover the security deposit (you will not be charged). (OPTIONAL) - Change email in guest information to receive confirmation OR email bomb owner's email after confirmation.
3. After booking the room, call Marriott customer support (+1-800-627-7468 for U.S. & Canada) and skip the voice-to-text response bot by pressing "0" on keypad until it transfers you to someone. Once you connect with someone, tell them something like "I am trying to book a room for my nephew with my rewards points but I couldn't add him as a guest." Ask them if they can cancel the reservation & rebook for whoever you told them.
4. They will ask you for the name, email address and most recent stay on the account. Once they verify the information, they will proceed to ask you about the stay you wanted to book (name, card, nights, etc.) and the new reservation will appear on the account.
